		<description>Ron. At meetings I like to give everybody a post-it note, where they should write: I like you because... And then pass it to the left. :)&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Or you can ask if someone have done something that they are proud of lately. That will ease up the mood and meetings are more productive.</description>

		<description>I have always believed that having fun at work is important.  People can have fun and still work hard.  Anytime I attend a meeting,(regardless of who is in attendance) I have an objective of making everyone laugh at least two times.</description>
