I have one wish today. I want to get in touch with someone operating a customer support call centre in the telecom business. If you support private customers, and support xDSL, IP-phone, PSTN or ISDN; I would like to get to know you. (This is not a must, but preferred products) I hope to be able to learn from you, and hopefully you might learn from me. It would be great if you also have a blog, I would love to read it. If you do not have a blog, that is fine too. I hope you see the advantage of knowing someone that is somewhat a professional “twin”.
