I have been tweaking my blog today to create better content for you. I have recently just started another blog about blogging. So I am implementing some of my own teaching right here at Never Mind the Manager.

The bounce project
At Hostbeetle.com I am running a bounce project. This is a project to reduce the amount of visitors that just drop by, take a quick look and disappear again. You can read more about it here.

The minor update today:
Re-arranged some text, added some text, added headers and hopefully my article about micromanagement had its makeover.

I need to ask you a favor
I have been aware of my language from day one. I am Norwegian and I know that my English is good, but not perfect. I might have some misspellings or the wrong use of words. If you are a frequent reader of my blog, please do comment on blog posts if you have suggestions to improvements in the language, either spelling or grammar. I get comments once in a while from people that announce that they like my blog and with proper language it would be GREAT! – I want the readability to be perfect so you can enjoy my blog, as well as my next reader. So I would so much appreciate if you do correct my language. Just comment, I will correct and delete the comment. No hard feelings just a digital hug your way. It will mean a lot to me!
