All it took was a thank you


Thank youThe single most important tool for motivation and employee engagement is a little appreciation. Just a few days ago I wrote a short motivational text. I got one comment, all it said was “thanks” – It made my day. It was two days ago, and it still has a positive effect on my mood.
I want to give you one simple challenge today, say thank you to someone, but mean it.

    The best thing about a “THANK YOU” is it is free, it the best place to start to make a shift in culture within a workplace and start a cadence of daily recognition and appreciation!
