I have been tweaking my blog today to create better content for you. I have recently just started another blog about blogging. So I am implementing some of my own teaching right here at Never Mind the Manager.

Updated: I am going to change things around here this weekend. I am implementing a new design. It might work, or it might mess stuff up. Either way, I will have a lot of fun redesigning my blog. Come back soon to see the results.
6.6.2010 I am almost finished now. Theres is just a bit of tweaking and adjusting left. The main idea is that I have always wanted easily display the diversity of my blog, and with this new headline and featured posts I am going to be able to show my readers more posts from my blog.

I have just updated part 3 of my popular How to Get Your Dream Job series, and added more resources, a few more links and videos and a podcast that I have found lately. It brings an extra set of tools and perspectives in your hunt for the dream job.
My summer holiday is over and I am back to work now all ready to have a lot of fun.

I have some interesting results from my employee recognition survey. I still need more participants to my survey, but I want to reveal some results so far. I just focus on one thing only today what is most important, positive feedback from your co-workers or from your boss?
