My passion for customer service is strong. I believe that a lot of companies can save a lot of money with the right kind of focus. I see a lot of money going to waste in customer service and I see how backward a lot of companies act when it comes to customer experience. No plans, being blind, wrong focus, wrong solutions and no systems. And remember there is a huge difference between being responsible for the customer service department and being responsible for customer experience. I have been working in sales, stores and call centers always and I love working with customer oriented people.
