Fun at Work: Men vs Women

Fun at Work: Men vs WomenWho plays more at work? I have been thinking about this lately after reading a Norwegian blog where the author is forming a theory that Men play more at work than Women.

Is there a difference in the “fun at work” – level in male dominated environments contra female dominated?

Is there a difference between the sexes of the leader?

Is there any research made in this field? Just asking.
