Why did I write this book?

First of all I want to share my knowledge and experiences as an employee for 20 years. I feel that there are a lot of books for leaders, but I have not seen as many good books for employees. However this book is also a good tool for leaders who wants to develop their employees. This is not a quick fix on how to get promotions. This is a book that will help you to develop your skills as an employee, and hopefully it will result in supporting your success.

This book is written for employees that want to be good or for leaders who wants to nurture their staff. You will also get a sneak peek into the brain of a boss as I share what qualities I am looking for in a good employee.
