NeverMind Awards 2011 – Top 100

Congratulations to the winners: Daniel Pink for best blog and Tanveer Naseer for best designed blog.
Here is the list of Top 100 leadership blog. It was a close race, and it was interesting to see how the rankings changed as I kept registering new blogs. A new entry can change the overall ranking as they can steal points and reward others depending on their individual specific rankings.

The core score is generated from a formula that create a score based on Alexa ranking, Google PageRank, (Some secret searchresults) and fans in social media.
There is a second score rating with my personal opinion in two factors; Score for design and Score for my all over likings. These two only have minor impact as the numeric hard facts is counting for about 80 % of the total score.

I hope you enjoy my list…

Frode, many thanks for including me! I agree with Steve (who definitely belongs on this list) -- I will have a lot of fun checking out those you included who I don't know and, I'm sure, adding a bunch to my blog feed. Thanks again!

Hi Frode, I already follow many of these. I can hardly wait to read the rest. Thank you for putting together the list as a central resource for us business folks. It will help our communities same time and effort! You ROCK!

TanveerNaseer 5 pts

Thanks Frode for the honour. Delighted to be included with some great writers/thinkers in the field of leadership, as well as the added recognition for my site's design.

Cheers,

Tanveer.

Frode - thanks so much - I am honored to be in such good company on this list! As Steve said - great work and I now have a lot of sites to add to Google Reader and connect with on Twitter. Awesome resource!

Thanks Phil. I discovered a lot of great blogs making this list, so there is a lot of reading these days. I am currently working on scripting a code that will gather some data for me, making it easier to repeat this list in a year, instead of manual labour. (That took some time...) Giving me a chance to keep including blogs making the list even better... but I often find good blogs with few readers, so I am considering including a rule to automatically exclude the top 10 winners for next years list??!? just a thought as the big guys get plenty of attention anyhow... Would be nice to find a way to help good new blogs up and away. Maybe some kind of newcomer list? I have plenty of time to think... :)

Frode, Tks for the work you put into this. I've found some terrific new writers to follow.

Great Steve! That is the best way to use this list! I found some good blogs myself as I was searching all over the web for great blogs. It was fun to make and I got to use some of my old rusty php coding skills.
