Fast pace work space is considered productive. Wow the whole department sizzles and the temperature is sky high. YEAH! This is great the manager roar. Now we are doing great business. You can almost feel the ka-ching tossing tons of coins on your head. Everything feels right. Suddenly one day it all collapses, like a high speeding car straight in to the stone wall. Everybody called in sick and you might not feel too well yourself. High pace is in most parts of life adrenaline giving, but still it might be a higher risk of a crash. I could write a whole lot of mumbo jumbo about slowing down at the work space, but I just read the greatest post about this topic. And they manage to make a point with just a picture, and I totally agree. Check out this post
