bestofsignI have now written 100 blog posts since I started blogging in June 2008. My blog have had more than 6000 visitors during these 10 months of blogging. Here you will find a recap of my blogging history. I have been looking over all my material and sorted out 41 posts that I find to be the most important reading on my blog. The order here is random. Some is quite good, some is frequently read; some has vanished in the internet wasteland, published when my blog had few readers, so I brush of some dust and bring you a list worth looking at. I hope this will help you to easier find interesting reading on my blog. Enjoy and thank you for visiting and reading here at Never Mind the Manager.

For leaders

A perfect bed of roses is made by the one willing to remove the weed.
I have been working at the same department for nine months after writing this post. And looking back, this is maybe not true anymore? I heard about a business manager that had to fire a person for the first time in 21 years today. Either he do not see how hopeless his employees are, or he have done a great job in recruiting or people manage to quit before he could fire them? I have learned lately that the recruitment prosess might be more important than I thought earlier. Can I than make a garden where there won’t be any weed in the first place? This is an interesting reflections for today.
